Rope Climbing and Pullups Again

 I haven't updated for a while.  I was making progress on my pullup goals, but I lost some of that.

I have started again recently, and was pretty quickly able to get back to doing 8 pullups.  I think I could do more.  My right forearm is sore currently, so I'm trying not to push things too hard.

I have also been climbing a rope.  This is on hold for the same reason.

For now, I will switch to doing pushups or other things.

I'm also hoping to get back to using my treadmill a few times a week.  I did that for a while, but stopped over the summer at some point.
