Progress Since Last Post

 This time it has been over 2 years since my last post.  I didn't stop exercising, I just stopped posting about it.  Starting in January of 2022 I started keeping track of how many pull-ups and pushups I do each month.

The first month I did 35 pull-ups and 50 pushups in the whole month.  Each month since then with only a couple exceptions I have done more than the month before.  Last month, December 2023, I did 114 pull-ups and 228 pushups.  That still isn't a huge number for a whole month, but it does make a difference.  I almost always do twice as many pushups as pull-ups and for quite a while now I have only increased the number of pull-ups by one each month. I figure I can keep that up for a long time, probably the rest of my life if I want to.

In September of 2022 I started keeping track of running also.  My goal there is the same, to do more each month.  I have had more setbacks with running.  Currently I am doing about 6.5 miles or 85 minutes of running each month.  I am slowly increasing though.

This method of working out has worked well.  In months where I am busy, or get sick, I am still able to get the workouts done.

Maybe I'll post again, hopefully in less than two years.
